Line Manager not able to see time cards of Terminated employees under Team Time cards link

Hi

After an employee is terminated, the line manager cannot see any of the time cards of the terminated employee under Team Time Cards Link. However, the Time and Labor Manager can see it under the Team Time cards link. 

Is this expected Behavior? Is there any way for the time cards to be made visible post termination for the line manager?
