Error trying to access Org Hierarchy column with Employee role

Hi,

We need to access "Organization Hierarchy"."Level 01 Organization Name" column through a report that is shared for Employee role. It works, when we run the same report via a user with HR Specialist role.

But we are hitting this error. Is there any specific role that can be added to avoid this error. Note: We tried adding BI Consumer role but no luck. This is needed for Employee role, so would prefer the specific duty role.
