What are all the ways to find out the Changes took place in the Organization Tree [Audit/History Tab

Looking for the backend table name which provies the historic changes took place in Oraganization tree

Hello Team,

Our Business want to track the changes took place on the Organization tree. Is there any way to Enable the Audit on the Organization Tree or any back end Table that provides historic changes took place on the Organization tree.

I have gone through the below tables but no luck. Appreciate your help.

PER_DEPT_TREE_NODE
PER_DEPT_TREE_NODE_CF
PER_DEPT_TREE_NODE_RF
