Report on managers self service needs disabling

Hi, 

I am very new to Oracle and have a situation where we have a report on the manager self service that needs to be disabled because it is now showing all employees instead of just the managers reporting lines. I have attached the screen shots. any idea of how to disable this report from showing on the ui?
