Unable to hide grade button Employment Info page, When i was trying to hide grade button in  (Employee) Person Info page, the grade Filed  is disabling Line Manager page also. 

The business requirement , The user who has only Employee role, they should not view the grade field (Me- Personal Info- Employment Info).
