Eligibility profile and probation period
Summary
Employee not eligible when on probationContent
Hi,
We have a rule where employees are not eligible for a leave type when they are on probation.
There is a criterion on the eligibility profile for probation. However, the eligibility profile will still consider the employee as not eligible even if the probation has ended
Scenario:
We have attached an eligibility profile which exclude employees with a probation of less or equal to 12 months to the absence type A
An employee is hired with a 12 months probation. The employee will not have access to the absence type A
The 12 months probation has ended and the employee will still not have access to the absence type A
