Absence Duration - Half day - Error on the plan remaining balance

When user creates absence with "half-day", the duration is always correct but the consequences on the plan remaining balance is sometimes wrong

Object : the absence plan contingent is not used correctly. Please see the example below:

1st situation (error) :An employee has created an absence of 2,5 days, he has used an half-day on the end date of the absence.

• The duration is calculated within a custom fast formula : The duration is correct.
• What is wrong is the deduction on the Absence plan Balance. The system has calculated the date of 25-11-2020 which should be 0.5 days as 1 day as shown below (document attached)
