Comparing two dates

Comparing two dates

Content

Hello,

I am trying to create a new column whereby I am comparing the effective start date from 'Worker Assignment Event Real Time' subject area against the termination date from the same subject area.

however I cannot get my CASEIF statement to work - any ideas on why this maybe? is it because they are both Custom Date fields?

What i want my CASE IF formula to do is: if the effective start date is greater than the termination date then return YES else return no.

any helps greatly appreciated
