Hold action for a specific time

I have 2 actions happening at the same time (Selection of row and check box marking) there is a way that I can hold any of them to not happen at same time?

Hello Guys,

I have 2 events happening in a table.... when I mark a checkbox it's also considering the selection of a row on the table.

My question is: There is anyway that I can manipulate an action to be hold for like 5 seconds? trough action flow editor or a javascript function?

Or its possible to the mark of checkbox do not consider a row selection?
