Cannot create project as not setup as Enterprise Project Resource Error

Hello,

I am unable to create new project. System is giving error ..Any idea what I should be checking? Thanks

You can't access this page because you aren't a project enterprise resource. Contact the project application administrator. (PJT-2250113)
