How to capture assignment status changes in a month in accrual formula

Content

Hi,

In the global accrual matrix formula  for a month period ( Incremental absence plan with monthly accrual) , want to check the day count of active assignment status of the employee  ,  In that period employee might have went to leave and comes back . Need to capture his active assignment status days in the accrual formula.

for example - In Oct 2020 , employee went to leave on 10/08 and he is back active  again on 10/29 .Now i need to calculate his active days for this month as 10

We have a DBI PER_ASG_STATUS_USER_STATUS , If we set the context with accrual period start date and end date , this will give us active status , since he is active from the start of the month and end of month .How to capture assignment status changes to calculate active days in the month . With   'IV_EVENT_DATES' , shall we capture assignment changes?  or this will provide only plan enrollment level changes ?

Howdy, Stranger!
