HDL for loading Offerings

Hi, I am using the below HDL for loading offerings (Instructor-led) in the application.I am using the fields that are marked as mandatory in the business objects and some additional as well required for my projects.But it keeps giving me errors to add further fields which are not even mandatory.
For examples, the below HDL gives error to add the Primary Location ID. Which table has this value and what exactly it is?
