How to control Shop by Category drop down in Purchase Requisition main page.

I was able to configure Smartforms, Shopping Lists, Local Catalog and content zones, but not able to see any tasks or steps to configure the Shop-By-Category drop down.

Note: The Items are associated with the respective categories. Few advised me to have list price mentioned for the items (they are also set).

Now, below are the questions i need some clarifications,

  1. How to enable the shop-by-category drop down?
  2. Are Items mandatory for shop-by-category to function ?
  3. Is list price one of the dependent attribute for shop-by-category to function ?
  4. Are there any required setups needs to be done for shop-by-category to function ?
