Hello, 

I am looking to restrict the position LOVs by a human resource specialist's area of responsibility when hiring an employee. 

I copied the seeded Human Resource Specialist role and created a custom role, and assigned this custom role to user 1. 

I then created a Position Security Profile, which is defined by area of responsibility and scope equals location, and then assigned this security profile to the custom role and ran the sync process. 

Next, I defined an area of responsibility for user 1 (Person Management) where the scope is by location, and location selected is 'Location A'.
