No. Use by collaboration team members (with access as Full, View only, or Scoring only), or approvers does not require a distinct license.

2. What job role is needed for a collaboration team member?

For accessing the sourcing application and performing tasks, a team member must have the Sourcing Project Collaborator role.

3. Who can be added to the collaboration team?

Any active employee or contingent worker can be added to the negotiation collaboration team. This person should have an active assignment record in HCM.
