I need to have the NPS evaluation functionality,
A simple example that will help you better understand the Net Promoter Score question and how it works is the following:
Suppose we have sent this survey to our clients and we have received 100 responses, which hypothetically are distributed as follows:
- 20 People chose an option in the range of 0 to 6, these 20 people are considered Detractors.
- 15 People answered 7 or 8 to your NPS question, these 15 people are considered Liabilities.
- 65 People chose 9 or 10 as their answer, these 65 people are classified as Promoters.
Then we obtain the percentage of each group dividing the number of people who chose each option by the total number of people surveyed, which would give us the following result:
