We have a custom resource alert to notify learner about any voluntary/required assignments.  The requirement is to mark CC to the manager of the learner. We tried adding manager username as a comma-separated value in Template Worklist, but this generates an entirely new email only to manager marked as To. 

Is there a way to achieve this scenario?
