Not able to personalize on basis of role

Content

Personal Details-Demographic Information page personalization from both employee self-servic login and hr login.

So from employee self-service only US employees able to see the two created dff.

Now with this there is another requirement that when only HR Superuser login and navigate my clientgroups-personal details page, only this user having HR superuser role will only able to see.

So please suggest this, attached the doc with proper explanation
