How to capture On shop floor training

Summary

How can we capture one on one trainings conducted by Managers or Supervisors on the shop floor

Our Client is into retail and have a lot of Site Managers who provide on the floor trainings to Employees. We need to identify a way so that Employees can confirm that they attended the training and Supervisors can confirm that they provided the training to the employees and Learn Admins can view this information

Any thoughts on how this can be achieved would be really appreciated.
