Ability To Enable Approvals for Add / Update Employee Personal Payment Method Details (Bank Details)

Need approvals while employee trying to change his / her bank details (Add / Update)

We  request for below features in Fusion HCM f

1. As part of corporate digital transformation,  all our employees should be allowed to Add / Update bank details (personal payment method) through online and it should routed for approvals

2. After 20C upgrade, employee cannot update bank details  and while adding new bank information, it is getting auto saved.

 

Justification :  In UAE, employee bank details cannot be changed without getting clearance from existing bank ( salary account - bank)., this is regulatory instruction from government authority,  that employer should verify  clearance certificate before allowing employees to change salary account.
