Having an issue joining the two subject areas together

In my OTBI analysis, i need to join the 'Workforce Management - Work Relationship Real Time' to the 'Workforce Management - Checklist Real Time' subject area. I have selected a measure from each subject area and checked the dimensionality. The analysis works until i pull in the Termination or Last Day Worked field. 

Is there anyway i can accomplish joining these two subject areas together. I am needing to leverage the last day worked field for my analysis. 

I have attached screen shots and catalog.
