I Will try to Explain with an Example.
 
Plan X
 
Ceiling Limit: updated from 40 hrs to 80 hrs
 
Employee Y is enrolled in Plan X
 
Employee Y current Balance in Plan X is 20 hours 
 
HR will put additional hours (adjust the balancesto 30 hours) 
 
Latest employee balance for Plan X is expected to show (20 hrs + 30 hrs) = 50 hrs
 
But it is showing 20 hrs + 80 hrs = 100 hrs 
 
** Accural Rate is set to 40 hours
** Annual Accural limit is None
** Carryover limit rule is None
 
Do you think by putting the "Annual Accural limit flat 40 hours" will give the above desired output ?
