With our legacy system we used something called the Transmitter Control Code Number to submit our 1099s to the IRS. Does Oracle have a transmitter control code defined (we may need to enter it) or would we submit using tax payer id already entered into Oracle. We are on Oracle Fusion Cloud Patch Set 20C
