Closed Account Reconciliation is reopened

Content

An account reconciliation was approved and closed manually. However, it is reopened again even though there is no balance difference or movement during the month. It seems it is reopened after the scheduled daily data load is executed. (refer to the "History" screenshot attached). How can it be permanently closed?
