Position Name for Direct Reports under Public Info is wrong

We are trying to change to Position Name for all users in the Directory and Public Information. This works for everything except when trying to change it for direct reports. When changing to show from business title to Position name, it shows the Manager's Position name for all the direct reports as their Position Name. See screenshot.
