Sending a Future End Date in a changes only Extract

We have a changes only extract. If we create and Element with Start and End Dates but want to only send the End Date in the period the End Date occurs, is this possible?Content
We have a changes only extract. If we create and Element with Start and End Dates but want to only send the End Date in the period the End Date occurs, is this possible? As this is not seen as a change as the start and end date for the element were already picked up in a previous run, we are not sure how we can then make the interface pick up the end date again.
