Partial transfer along with reinstating accrual balances

Hi All,

There is critical requirement where certain amount of accrual balances to be transferred and rest unused amount should be closed for reinstatement when anyone comes back to original positions. As product limitation, partial transfer along with reinstatement is not supported in absence management yet.

Anyone, could please suggest if this can be achieved by any mean.
