How to perform allocation by generic grouping rules?

We would like to create wave allocation templates that group sales orders by customer, ship-to location or carrier. Is there a way to configure generic rules like this in WMS Cloud? 

We are seeing the ability to group by customer, but we have to enter the Customer name. We want to way to define rules without entering specific customer names, destination locations or carriers.
