Helo,

I would like to enhance the ability to control and block the project budget, improving the ability to choose monthly control level. If you choose accounting periods at the plans, automatically appears a new line at budget validation with the month but just with track control level.
Our customer desire to choose the control level using at the month, because here if they could use absolute control level in month helps to avoid wrong consumption and maintain a healthy cash flow.
