Performance issue on a custom calc in FCCS_10 Opening Balance Carry Forward Rule

Dear Expert,

I have a performance issue with a custom rule puts into the FCCS_10 Opening Balance Carry Forward Rule.

The requirement is to calculate a percentage to be applied to a specific account. This percentage needs to be calculated only for the Actual scenario.

Another requirement is that the numerator and denominator to calculate the percentage are Revenues and Costs where I need to calculate a value for 12 months rolling in the past.

I notice the calculation puts in insertion rule is "heavy", but my problem is that when I run a scenario where I don't need to have that calculation, the execution performance are quite the same. Specially when I need to run a consolidation for a scenario and for 12 months, like in a monthly budget.
