How to restrict the editable information for different actions (Location Change, Manager Change, Wor

Hello!

In Oracle HCM Cloud there are multiple actions under Employment Information (in Person Management) but they don't affect nothing. Whenever action I select (Change Location, Change Manager, Change Working hours and etc.) I can modify all the fields on Employee's Assignment. If there is any standard way to limit editable fields according to selected action? 

For example, if I select "Location Change", I would change only one field with location. If I select "Manager Change" I would change only one field with Manager and etc.

Because in another way there is no sence to create different approval chains if it is posiible change anything under one action.
