Identify retro changes on absence entries

Content

How do we identify retro changes on absence entries? For example. employee A applies for leave from 10/1/2020 to 10/10/2020 and it is approved. He then realized that he may not need 10 days and asked the supervisor to correct it to 8 days. The corrective action was done on 10/15 and approved. Now, if I execute a report on absence entries table, I get only one entry with 8 days duration and there is no history of the correction.

Is there a way to look at the retro change that has happened? If yes, any directions please.
