Customer with multiple accounts as Grant Sponsors

Is there a way to setup a single customers with multiple accounts as multiple sponsors

We have federal department as customer with multiple agencies as the accounts underneath it.

Example: 

Customer:
Dept. of Health and Human Services (Registry ID - 8000)

Accounts:
National Institute of Health (Account#: 8000-1)
Center for Disease Control (Account#: 8000-2).

When setting up a sponsor in Grants, I can with either select account 8000-1 or 8000-2. Is there a configuration to enable multiple customer accounts when setting sponsors in Manage Sponsors customers.
