The OCX_FS Integration gives a warning but fails to push any data into the finance model

I am getting the following warning when I try to push the Capital data into the Finance model and no data is pushed across. Both models are out of the box.  Capital only has Projects as a custom dimension. Finance has 2 custom dimensions but the data map only pushes to one member in each dimension. We have used our own COAs. I have checked that the POV is in the target application. I have synced the Smartlist, the data map and run the Capex Sync FS Account Mapping rule. What am I missing?
