Booking absence Directly on HCM ODA

We have a requirement of booking leave(absence) directly on the ODA without navigating to add absence page.

Applying leave directly on the ODA platform which is like direct transaction on absence taking on ODA without navigating to anywhere else. Can this be possible?

Currently, employees can book their leave ODA using the "SCHEDULE TIME OFF" link. This link takes employee to HCM>Add Absence page.
