we need to mere two diffrent accounts in some data but have the same (name,add) and refer to the same customer how can make this merge but taking the data from account1 and the different data from account2 and add them to one account by the same name & add 

as I can see the merge taken only on account and delete the another one 

fore instance when creating 2 accounts have the same name and address but differ in the industries account 1 has education while account 2 has mining and the other details the system make merge only for one record depends on one master record so it takes depends on my profile options and select only one and delete the another without taking its data into the new account that merge between them
