Any SCORM experts out there? Consistent issues with eLearning

Summary

Users struggling registering a completion on eLearning modules

Content

Hello

I have made a few similar posts over the last year, but our Learning team are now reaching breaking point with users having issues with the courses they complete - the common problem is when the user completes the module it is still staying as in progress.

First question - is a small percentage of completions not registering a common occurrence with all SCORM packages within Learning? And if so does the same thing happen in other LMS platforms? Any reference links would be welcome

Secondly - it seems the SCORM guidelines and the Oracle eLEarning build guidelines have different structures. Is there an updated SCORM build and design guideline document for Learning? It seems that packages we test on SCORM Cloud seem to be validated on there but cause issues in Learning
