Display Assignment ID in the Add Absence page

Hello Experts,

We have employees with multiple assignments. When we enter Absence from the Add Absence page, by default it does not display the assignment ID. In order to submit an absence with Assignment ID we need to click on Edit entries and select it.

Is there a way that we can have the Assignment ID on the first page.

We have Fast Formula written to validate the hours and these are throwing error when we enter it from the first page, but now from edit entries page. Not sure on how to handle this.

Any ideas?
