Manager unable to see his/her few Direct Reports name under MyTeam?

Summary

Hi Team,

Manager is unable to see his/her few Direct Reports name under MyTeam?

Even employee manager it is showing correctly and Under directory also manager name it is showing correct but manager unable to see under my team.

Has anyone aware of this what is the solution for this.
