Payment Acknowledgement Workaround

With no current functionality for Payment Acknowledgements in Oracle Cloud what alternatives are there?

We are currently looking to send our payment files directly to the Bank via SFTP. One gap indentified is that Oracle Cloud currently doesn't support payment acknoledgement files which are sent by the bank in response to receiving a payment file from the source system (oracle). This means that there is no way for us to confirm the payment was successfully received by the bank and we cannot review failures.

The bank have confirmed they can SFTP the payment acknowledgements but Oracle wont currently be able to receive these. Can someone please outline what the usual workarounds are for this? Ive saw community posts menioned local SFTP or checking the banks online platform manually but would appreciate a more detailed response on this.
