Link to course/offerings when training selected as task type in development goal

Integrate learning item to development goal task

Content

I posted in the career development forum but figured I'd post in Learning too.
Is it possible to integrate Learning with Development Goals? When adding a development goal and creating a task, there is an option to select training as the type. Is there functionality that takes a manager to Learning in order to assign training from the already published catalog? Or a way to deep link to the offering they'd like them to take?

And in the reverse order, when a manager assigns a learning from the Learning module, can this provide an option to add this learning as a development goal?
