Action Reason does not display in UI
Summary
After a HSDL Load validating data on the Employment page of employee the Action displays but Action Reason is blankContent
We are experiencing an issue where after doing a HSDL Load the Action Reason is showing as blank. What is odd is that when clicking on View History you can see that the Action Reason is there, but it will not display on the Employment page. See screenshot attached. When doing an Employee Diagnostic Run it shows no errors, unless we add the parameter on Type of 23. Then it shows an issue with the PARENT_ENTITY_KEY_ID. When finding this field using OTBI we can see that this Field on this Assignment is blank, but we have not experienced this issue
