How to create / update a Billing Extension?

Hi!

Business Case:

Our customer sells contracts with invoicing of same value monthly, by 10 years.

As the volume of contracts is big, we would like to create a Billing Extension to create the events each month.

We don´t know where the Billing Extensions are, how to get it, update as needed and save it again, with other name.
