Wondering why the Enterprise Onboarding Checklist only allow ONE Single Action? If the tasks are the exactly same for New Hire and Rehire, what's the best practice? Do I really need to create two Enterprise Onboarding Checklists, one with action Hire and another with action Rehire, and both checklists include the exactly same Enterprise Onboarding Steps?
Why not design it the same as standard checklist, so that client could specify multiple action/reason for the checklist?
