How to retrieve assessments/Survey and its associated questions

I have to export assessments/Surveys along with questions and users details

I have to export assessments/Surveys along with questions and users details. But I couldn't find link data view to do it. Instance attempt data view mapping with Instance and Question ID is also not giving me any value.

Please help me.
