Wouldn't it be so much easier if sales reps could just automatically see a list of their most relevant accounts, opportunities and activities, rather than waste time searching for individual records?
Smart Lists in CX Sales are intelligent lists generated on behalf of sales reps, using information about their behavior patterns within CX Sales. Smart Lists factor in recency, frequency and urgency/timeliness of an object to rank what’s most relevant to a sales rep and present it to them as seeded saved searches in Workspace (and in their home page Infolets.
