Question : Is there any way we can show the suppliers that are in prospective status but are not promoted to spend authorization without using custom report? 

Step to reproduce:-

- User registered the supplier using prospective URL . 

- Quality team approved the supplier registration request but missed to promote to spend authorized. 

In the overview page , we can see the supplier that are incomplete status but prospective supplier have addresses without site.

Is there any place that prospective suppliers can be visible to users and they can inform the team to promote it to spend authorization ?
