Open port 80 for my Linux VM

Summary

I have opened 80 in the firewall, but I can't figure out how to make the proper rule for my VCN

Content

I have a simple web server.

I have executed

sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=80/tcp

sudo firewall-cmd --reload

And the web server thinks it is listening on port 80. But external internet web browsers see nothing there at all.

I suspect I have to add a rule to the VCN, but I can't figure out what I need to do to allow traffic through port 80.

Thanks!
