We have recently implemented data security restriction for admin users to prevent them from accessing their peer data. We defined a organization security profile based on BU by excluding following BU-HR and CEO office. We have then associated the organization security profile in person security profile and then created data role based on the restrictive person security profile.

Admin users with data role based on restrictive person security profile are able to access employee record that are NOT associated with business unit HR or CEO Office (as expected). Admin users are also able to access familcy and emergency contact details of these employees in classic version of contact page of person management work area.
