Electronic Signature no longer displaying at the end of our courses

Content

All of the sudden, the electronic signature window is no longer displaying on any of our courses.  We have it setup to display at the end our courses, after the user clicks Next. However, it is not working on any of our courses today. Is anyone else having this issue?
